Glen,
I have my exhaust tucked up pretty close. I had to "notch" the floor supports a little and I believe ERA does this on the current production cars (maybe). I used mandrel bent 3" tubes and turbo flanges. I made my side pipes with auger mufflers and they sit dead even with the frame rails as far as height goes. NOW, the only thing that I will point out is that when you do this there will be more heat translated into the frame and surrounding structures. So use reflective materials or heat barriers next to the floor boards or they will get pretty warm, very warm! It can be done, just takes more adjusting than normal. BUT, I don't hit to many speed bumps with them!! Good luck! Matt
