after sponging up gas three times while the car sat in the garage I decided to take it around the block for a spin ,check it again the gas sucked way back down into the tank.

I looked up in the rear wheel well I can see there's a small rubber tube around 4 inches down the spout that seems to get routed to a aluminum junction that has two small rubber hoses coming out of it that seemingly go back to the tank.

I'll have to disconnect them to check if there's a clog I presume.
