A dash mounted manual fan switch became standard item on chassis 1900 and above. The factory utilized what was the standard electric fuel pump cut-off switch location for the new manual fan switch. (note: an electric fuel pump was not supplied with a new chassis) The actual wiring for a electric fuel pump cut-off switch is still provided with the newer chassis from the factory - just no switch exists on the dash anymore. A dealer or a previous owner may have added your manual fan switch if your chassis number is under 1900.
