Hi Tech is no longer. They did make a very top notch replica in the day. He is a little sparse with details and pictures about it on the e-bay ad although he says to call. Exact has no affiliation with Hi Tech. I would guess it's about 6K worth of chassis if it includes all panel frames and hinges and about 3K for the body. Suspension is hard to say what he has or what it's worth. There's trucking companies that could economically move it for you. All parts are available to finish the car out also.
