Sounds like both driver and victim were 69. Who says this 69 year old driver is actually capable of safely driving even a Yugo? One of the things that scares me about resort states (Florida, Arizona) is the large number of drivers that should not be allowed behind the wheel, period. I've seen some who must believe that they are the only driver on the road and if anyone else is there, well, God will sort it out in the end.
