Yes, you do need one, and ideally, you should put one on the front and back. The sway bar(s) keeps your car from leaning from side to side when cornering, and makes it track better.

Lone Star should have one(s) specific for your kit, or be able to recommend one(s) if it uses an OEM (stock Mustang) front and rear sway bar.
