I have a selection of rev limiter chips which came with the car for the MSD. Removed the current chip (tagged as 6000) and replaced it with one tagged 7000. Just took it out and the problem is gone. Good call and thanks for the tip, and saved me a drive town to Bellevue. If yer on this side of the border, I owe ya a beer..
