FAARk a council with common sense...I just had a fight with my council mob that said the storm-water drains were mine..in suburbia ? They won because they changed the rules the day after I complained...now I DO own the storm water drains ! I think I'll plug em up with concrete. I don't need em !.....but the neighbours do though. We'll see what the council says then. They're mine Now...ha ha ha
