I have a 40x60 garage, that said this is the breakdown of space allotted; my shop 28x32 her studio 12x32, the parking area has 3 spaces, 1 for the 63 Merc, 1 for my F350 crew cab, and 1 for her mini-van and this works very well, no banged doors and room to load/unload stuff in bad weather.
