I'm not completely sure, but I think it was '84, in the mid-fall time-frame... the article was a quasi-review, with a Contemporary car, as well.... kinda one small-block car and one big-block car for each market segment (although I think their big-block bias came through).

The NAF was white with blue stripes, and the cover photo of it was at speed on a race course, in a right-hand-sweeper... I still have that magazine, but it is buried in storage. It will be awhile before I can retrieve it... but someday I will, and then I can tell you.

Also in that issue was the second half of a build up article of one of Chuck Beck's domestic 550 Syders.

There was a time that I could tell you what was on every page of that issue, and who owned the cars! Like I said before... time flies.
