Merv, what height seal do you need there? Also what width base area do you have to stick it to? What length do you need?

We use a couple of different sizes of self adhesive "D" shaped seals as door seals. They are a hollow seal. Just imagine the "D" lying down with the flat side to the bottom. The largest we use is a 20mm wide base and 15mm high.

Not sure if you will find that style at Clark Rubber. I can cut some off a roll here and post it up to you to try. If you are interested just PM me your postal address.

Just note that some of the taller type seals won't stick there long term. The work fine with bonded to pinchweld, but when you try stick them directly to paint they don't last due to the friction and leverage against the base when the panel closes against them

If we need extra height we just use an adhesive flat type rubber seal and stick the "D" shaped seal to the top. Still cosmetically looks ok as well.
