Someone one this forum has a byline that sums it up very nicely. I've seen it in various versions and it always gives me a chuckle. It goes something like:
"Have you ever noticed that anyone who is driving faster than you is a bloody maniac and anyone driving slower than you is a friggin' idiot?"
