Of course Childress will be the one punished. NASCAR is doing all they can to make Kyle bush a Super Star, even adding all the wins he has in all three series together so he can break Rechard Pettie's record of 200 wins. I think that is crap as Petty and Earnheart never ran the Truck series and most of the years Petty was running they only had the one series. Plus with Bush under suspension, insert laugh here, NASCAR can't touch him as they would have to deduct points from his total.
