Default Depending on location of the battery

RestoCreations It's more important to have good clean battery cables and connections to battery and frame. IMO if
the battery is in the trunk 2 different locations for ground cables in the trunk. For the motor a min of 2 grounds, one one each side of the motor, have them bolted to a dry holes in the head or block. It also doesn't hurt to add one to the trans or bell housing.
the battery in under the hood again 2 grounds min. Major ground wire to the block, and secondary cable to the frame. Also run 1 ground strap between frame and block. Apply dye electric grease on connections to weather proof.
If you are running an FI system, add 1 10 gauge wire for the ecm grounds direct from battery. Rick Lake
