Default Pushers in a BDR

Thought I should post this in a separate post just because several people have expressed interest in the pusher fans that I put in BDR687. What I did is far from the only way and I know that others have put the pushers in their BDR as well as a couple of dealers. So I invite anyone who has put them in a BDR to chime in on this thread with anything pertinent and show pics if possible. This just seems like something that isn't that hard and that a lot of people seem to like. The cross flow of info could be pretty good as well.

To start, I got my fans here on CC in the classifieds and have no idea where they originally came from. They were attached to a single small piece of square tubing with no other bracing or brackets. I started by boxing in the motor mounts with the same size tubing just so the whole thing would be stable. The mount brackets I made from a couple of small pieces of angle iron and bolted them through the fiberglass on either side of the radiator opening. I should note that one should be careful drilling here because your horns and quick lifts are right on the other side. Once the measuring and mounting of the brackets was done the motor mount assembly was bolted in place. I used nyloc nuts at each bolt and large washers where the nuts tightened to fiberglass. I also used Loctite on the fans and the fan set screws. Losing one of them could get ugly. Once the fan/motors were mounted I wired them to the "fan2" pigtail that sits right where the main fan plugs in. Now the pushers come on automatically when the temp switch in the lower radiator hose clicks on the main fan as well. Here are a couple of pics to help with the narrative:

OK, I showed you mine, now lets see YOURS!
