For an engine with your displacement, I would look at the AFR heads. An AFR 185 would work wonders for that engine. The Vic Jr's are actually 210cc heads and you may notice a little sluggishness down low with those. If you can keep air flow up while decrease port volume, you'll be way ahead of the game.

You should have no issues with piston valve clearances. The only head that will throw you off there is a Twisted Wedge head.
