I hadn't heard that Ron. Yes it's a good thing. I remember as a kid going there on vacation and wanted to take our children before something like this happened. Your right, once they start... it's over.
The A/C in the house went out last night... Dang it got up to 86* inside the house before the guy came by. It doesn't sound like it was to bad but when the air isn't moving it was HOT in here. I guess I am getting soft.
