Terry...you can try this if you like, it may or may not help.

This is a phone number for the DMV Involuntary Transfer Division; 916-657-7704. If you decide to call, ask for Lisa. She was very helpful in assisting me with my SB100 process and provided assistance to my local DMV office regarding the SB100 procedure.
