Hey Guys:
I have finished my move and I am back in NJ. I am going in two weeks to register my cars without titles. I have ID'ed most of the process but will end on a question for you guys:

1.) I need to submit a notirized letter saying I am bringing in a car from out of state without a title listing vin, make model, etc

2.) Bring my old registration info from previous years

3.) Proof of Insurance

4.) NJ Drivers License

NOW... The choices are the following

1.) Go with normal plates and mess with the inspection process

2.) Go the historic route, submit pictures and hope they don't freak out about the side pipes and no windshield wipers but still hope to pass emissions....

Which route should I take in your opinion?
