A couple things.
600 Holleys, not 650s...
That sure looks like an engine dyno sheet, not a chassis dyno. Being from a machine shop sorta points in that direction too. If that's so then you'd be looking at around 400 RWHP, depending on the variables. Looking at the engine and not knowing cam/stroke/head work etc the 485 FWHP sounds reasonable too.
I wouldn't give over $5K to $7K for it.
