yes, 600 not 650 sorry.
Since I wasn't able to talk to the previous owner I'm relying on the paperwork for info and it stated the engine was pulled from the car after the synopsis runs and sent back because the owner didn't like the numbers and wanted more. So, chassis dyno was my assumption.
