From my understanding, to figure what shock suits your application, you need to get the vehicle at ride height and measure distance between shock mounts.
Then reading your chosen suppliers catalogue, you want a shock that willmput your measurement in the middle of there travel lengths (they supply compressed and extended lengths)
Springs I am not 100% sure I understand, so I won't comment to add possible bum steer
