Heater duct attachment under dash
I had planned on plumbing heated air to the dash demist vents via a fibreglass tube I moulded to match the shape of the underside of the dash a while back.
Was originally thinking to use the standard demist vent cover attachment points as a means of hanging the fibregalss tube beneath the dash. I didn't want to permanently attach the modestly large tube to the body via sikaflex or similar.
However am going to make the vents wider than is normal and am likely to also use some other form of air director in the vent holes that wont use bolt mount points so this leaves me without any attachment options.
Am keen for feedback as to how others with working demisters made the link between dash vents and the air supply system.
Cheers
Steve
