Steve;
I run a Jag rear with single shocks either side. I have some basic Koni rears that do not have the adjustable external knobs and I have a pair of 450lbs springs.For daily driving the 450lbs are spot on. I would consider 475lbs for trackwork but maybe some shocks with quick external adjustment would negate this . As i want new shocks, I should do that first and replace the springs after if need be. The Koni rears have done bugger all work, the replaced a pair of Aldans which were not something I would buy again.But with a new motor on the way I want to be sure the rear can be stiffened up for the odd track day as the extra "twist" coming from the front will be substantial.
Sambo; Thanks for the numbers.....will do the research.
