Not quite like that.

Shelby uses the factory in South Africa (Hi-Tech) that happens to also build SPF as an OEM for the 'glas CSX cars, having that factory build the rollers to their (SAI) specs.

Shelby has also used Kirkham as an OEM for alum bodied cars, purchasing the raw body-on-frame, without running gear...and completing the build at SAI. They have used other sources as well for the metal cars.
