mine was just registered.
I had quickjacks fitted on tubes that fix to the chassis which are a no go on the front but ok on the rear. I removed them and the car passed with no bumper at all on the front.
As long as you have the steel chassis members extending out from the radiator mounts to behind the headlights as should be the case if your Harrison is a newish version. My car is #38 and a potential issue arose with my engineer as the rules require that there need to be some sort of bumper that continues along the whole width of the front and rear of the car.....even if behind the body shell.
I chose not to modify my car and the inspector didn't mention it....just another of those issues that may arise if the inspector is picky I guess.
