I did a lot of testing over the years and it is not possible.They are either loud and free flowing or restrictive and silent. Sidepipes are basically header extensions for setting the correct collector length for pressure wave tuning on race engines. You can not build an effective muffler inside a 4" dia. tube that brings noise down to a grocery getter level without causing massive backpressure, as that's not what sidepipes were meant for to begin with. If someone can prove me wrong send me a PM, I'll write you a check for a set of your mufflers
