Doug, the covers do not "fold"....they roll-up (like a newspaper) across the width axis. When rolled they will be 6-8" diameter and about 46-48" in legth. They will fit diagonally in the trunk of most Roadsters. I have only had one or two that had trouble with this due to trunk area modifications, but both wound-up being sorted out and are now happy customers.
The reason they need to be rolled is that there are reinforcements sewn into the cover to prevent collapse/water sag. The reinforcements span the cockpit from the dash to just behind the rear cockpit wall.
Bill, The price range can vary quite a bit depending on what you want and if you have highback or lowback seats....but to answer your questions....I'd say the range is ~ $200 to $400.
