WIPER SWITCHES UNIVERSAL 2 speed and washer funtion | eBay) seems cheapest with a knob fitted. The ones pictured in the first post are from and ERA and are not available separately, I believe. Lots of fluted knobs around in yacht shops and electrical stores.
