This guy is still at it, trying to rip people off. I’m so glad you guys posted this information. Here is a new email address he’s using:

smith.jornad059@gmail.com

Just like everyone else has described, his email said he was active duty, too busy to call, and could only use paypal. His email included a link to a phony PayPal website.
