I have seen them in ebayŽ listings by Hayden™ dealers. There are several models available depending on your application. I would think that any large RV dealer's parts department would be a source. Hayden was a (might still be) an O.E. supplier. Shelby American used their equipment and for a while in the late 1960s sold kits out of their catalog. Ford sold kits for a long time too through their racing parts business.

PS Just did a quick search "hayden adapter" on ebay and ones offered by Summit Racing came up first.
