As a (very) long time motorcycle guy who always makes his own cables, I strongly recommend that you buy the makings and make up a cable. Do NOT use a screw on end, use the proper soldered ends. They will work better and are more trustworthy. You may have to fiddle a bit to get the length right, but it will be much more reliable. You will have to learn (if you don't already know) how to reliably attach the fittings, but it's not hard and is useful info. You can find instructions many places, both printed and on the web.
