HI,
Here is a photo of how I built the throttle linkage for my TWM. The bell crank off the peddle pushes the rod that rotates the cable around the pulley. The cable goes directly from there to the TWM pulley. It's very smooth.
I machined this myself. I'm sure David and Thomas could make you one, but prettier! (And all one piece.)
