I can't comment on SPF values but I know that there are some really nice "no-apologies-required" big block FE-powered cars with immaculate pedigrees and full paperwork out their for sale for that money, some even a little less. Of all the cars you ever buy, a Cobra is worth a plane ticket and paying a shipper in order to have more choices than just local cars.
