Brooklands Books has put together a number of magazine article compilation books, some of which feature articles from SCI. I looked through the ones in my collection, but the one you're looking for wasn't there. There is a new BB compilation due out soon (
ISBN 1855209284), but I don't know yet if it's one of the articles included. It might turn out to be.
