Doing some research on Ceramic coaters and I came across your post from a while ago!

Have some questions:

- Did you have the entire header coated, inside & out ... even on the lower portion of the collector?

- If the entire header was coated, how did it effect the slip fit of the side pipes over the collector?

- How are they holding up?
