Honestly, I am not certain. They have a volume flow rating so it would seem redundant to also use an air flow rating. The only thing that comes to mind is it may be a way of describing the
oil pressure restriction introduced by the filter element.
NASCAR filters notwithstanding, that Canton unit looks mighty impressive - although a little pricey. A lot cheaper than engine parts though.
