Smart guy, why don't you contact Kinetic Racing Engines (Chris Gesek), in Westland, MI. I guarantee you, he knows more than YOU do about engines. Ask him if he supplied BS dyno #'s to me.

As far as the comment about "old" technology in these mufflers, what would you rather see in a tube-style muffler flowpath? A cool-looking object? Some deflectors (walls) like you find in a Flowmaster muffler? Some curly-cues like in a Spintech? ANY OBJECT or obstruction you put in the flowpath of a tube style muffler like this is going to cause backpressure, & backpressure will hurt performance. Granted, the proper flowpath diameter will maintain flow velocity, which you need in any of these Cobras. BUT, a lot of these Cobra kit mufflers have under a 2" flowpath diameter through the mufflers, & those are horsepower killers..............................no matter what your technology. Face it, some designs can't really be re-invented.
