Sorry I didn't read all the posts on overheating. If someone has already mentioned this i'm sorry.

Look at the bottom radiator hose, see if it is sucked closed or restricted. Some hoses have a coil wire inside to prevent this
and some don't.
Just my .02 worth of ideas without actually seeing.
