I know we all have varying levels of what authenticity we want for our cars, but the Tremec TKO600 is the way to go. Having a 5th gear is wonderful and no one can see your transmission unless you have it up on a lift. Also, if you ever do sell your car, I personally think the Tremec is a plus.

Also, the TKO600 has been around for years and years and you don't see very many folks posting about problems with it.
