Are the blowers, already hitting the maximum rpm that they are designed to turn? I assume that is the case.

For a quick partial trial, gear the blower up say 4/3 the rpm they are now turning and limit the motor rpm to 3/4 of 7500 = ~5600 rpm. That should allow you to build the boost that you are looking for. That would tell you the torque you can make and should give some information to help you to size the blowers correctly.
