I had the same issues and made my own baffles out of stainless steel that fit very close to the valve cover opening. I tapped the standoffs to 8/32 threads and used locktite to hold the screws firm. Then inserted my PCV to the grommit hole and it works perfect.

No more oil consumption period! All of the oil stays in the engine and it still allows the PCV to function and let the engine breath. I can send you a drawing if needed, PM me.
