just speaking for Belgium ( which isn't that great market )

here it is almost impossible.... to get a recent "kit-car" road legal. Here they consider "oldtimers" title from ages above 25 years , which means you don't have to "prove" anything about the car as there are no resources to compare ....myself was looking for a Cobra but i ended there...as more recently they also refused cars as a "'67" Cobra with visual more then recent parts..... as brakes, engine etc.... problem is also you have to succeed tech inspection every year for a "classic" car or one time when you want to sell the car as a "oldtimer".... so it's a time-bomb under your investment .... and they change the rules !

Sorry , here it is ( no more ) accepted to have a "'80" build Cobra , registered as a "''69" one...and sure not kit-cars not lying about the build year ... they were not officialy imported that way...i know, alot of BS....

so i ended with buying a Detomaso Pantera GT5S... what i do NOT regret
