I think they just have the wrong picture for the
Oil Cooler External Plate. The description says
"This take off plate will be attached at the engine in place of the oil filter. This allows the oil filter to be placed remotely away from the block." I can't answer on whether water pump adaptor plate is aluminum or steel -- just give them a quick call at (888) 436-9113. It's only $20. For that little it would almost be worth it to just buy it and then drop it off at your favorite machine shop and have them duplicate it with your favorite metal of choice.
