They have a separation of entities that perform the various tasks so that there is a sufficient "Chinese Wall" in place to satisfy registration requirements. If she's seriously considering a turnkey ERA, which I doubt, she should chat with Peter in order to put any of those CA concerns to rest. But I don't think a turnkey ERA is really on her list.
