Sort of. The big issue is mass air vs. speed density. There's really no economical way to use a mass air meter with an 8 stack system. You could use a large plenum and feed that through a single meter - but what would be the point of that>

If you used an older speed density computer and a tuner you could probably make it work.

You might be better off using something like Megasquirt for that.
