The fly in the ointment is the baffle plate under the pcv valve hole on one cover and breather tube on the other. Different heads have the the gasket rails at different levels thus placing the valve covers higher or lower. Take some vertical measurements of the highest point of the rocker at full lift or the adjuster nut in relation to the gasket rail then get a rocker cover that will accept that dimension. Tweak acordingly. Sometimes a high quality 5/16 thick gasket will add just enough.
