Our 5585 SEMA bill only allows limited use under collector plates. Use says car shows, club events, and occasional pleasure driving. Most of us don't mind that since our insurance is limited too and enforcement isn't oppressive. Those that want daily driving can't use 5585 at all. Our collector plates are a one time $40 fee.
