We have used both over the years. Turbo's to us are the way to go.. Quiet, easy to install, an go "pretty good.

I am old school but GM opened my eyes a little in 86/87 with there little V6 turbo Buick GN's. Reliable, smooth, pulls like a freight train, an gets good gas mileage to boot. Takes a lot power to spin a supercharger. Turbo's are free wheeling an only gets used when ya put down the gas pedal.
