It's "original glory" consists of a chassis sent to Ghia for use in sort of a concept car that could have been the next generation coil-spring Cobra. As in all rolling stock that left AC, an unused s/n was assigned; it happened to be in the unused Comp sequence.

"The Last Competition Cobra" was a few numbers below this one.
